How to Beat Seasonal Affective Disorder


I love using energy to help heal my physical and spiritual ailments.

Personally, I believe that everything around us is energy and I also believe that we are often affected by the energy that surrounds us.

Well with the winter weather being in full effect, some of us are finding it hard to shake off that "bad mood" or just generally "icky feeling" we sometimes get in the colder months.

Seasonal Affective Disorder is a disease that many are affected by simply because we are not getting as much sunshine aka Vitamin D as we do in the summer months and we stay inside to keep warm from the cold outdoors.

This can leave many of us feeling isolated, lonely, disconnected, and unhappy.

There are many ways to tackle this mood disorder and I think all options should be pursued based on the severity of your case but if you'd like to try some simple at home remedies there are more than a few ways that you can do this.

And that leads me to sharing one of my favorite ways to alter my own moods, which is through the use of affirmations and energy work.
