When I was a child, I used to sleep with my legs on the wall. My family thought it was so weird BUT it was the most comfortable way for me to sleep... 

Fast forward 30 years and now I see that it’s the same pose that helps ease anxiety & stress....isn’t it amazing how our bodies just know what to do?
