My Deep Conditioning Routine

Deep conditioning is so important for growing your hair. Especially if you have very dry hair (like mine).

If you have hair that is more on the dry side, like me. You'll find this routine to be super helpful!

So here is my deep conditioning routine to help you have great hair!

EDIT: I've had a lot of questions about how often I do this. I do this routine weekly at the moment because my hair and ends have been very dry.

In the winter, I also do this weekly.

In the summer, I do this bi weekly.

Deep Conditioning Routine...

  1. Start with freshly shampoo'd hair.
  2. Section and part your hair
  3. Apply Rejuvenique Oil to your scalp and massage in
  4. Add generous amounts of your favorite deep conditioner, mine is the Replenish Masque
  5. Braid or bun each section of your hair
  6. Put your hair in a plastic cap or a plastic bag (be careful of this when sitting under the dryer. I recommend using a cap for the dryer BUT if you don't have a dryer-just place your hair in a plastic bag and tie in the front if you have a lot of hair like I do and do whatever errands you want)
  7. Sit under a hooded dryer for 30-45 minutes (optional)
  8. Massage your hair with the oil and masque into your hair strands (I just like how warm it feels lol)
  9. Rinse out the conditioner and then apply your favorite conditioner and rinse with cold water!

You'll want to apply a lot  more than I did in this photo, I like to really coat my hair so it's white (or whatever the color of your deep conditioner is). I put a lot more conditioner on my ends.
