If you don't have a regular routine to pamper yourself - use this as a template!


Wash your face with good smelling face wash

Use toner or witch hazel

Use night serum (my favorite is my Rejuveniqe oil pictured!)

Use a facial mist

Journal your thoughts and gratitude lists

Get 7-8 hours of sleep

Drink water - at least half your body weight in Oz

Meditate for 5-10 minutes


Do a face mask

Deep condition your hair (today is the last day to get your own deep conditioner for free! Ask me how!)

Exfoliate your lips (Lush Cosmetics has great ones!)

Clean your make up brushes & sponges

Exfoliate your entire body

See a counselor to cope with stress and anxiety


Get your nails done

Get your brows done

Get a facial and a massage

Do a really hydrating treatment for your hair
